1. Agreement & Eligibility
By signing up for the FitBudd Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are joining either in your personal capacity or as an authorized representative of a business.
The Program is open globally to influencers, content creators, publishers, consultants, businesses, and individuals with an audience in the health, wellness, or fitness industries.
2. Purpose of the Program
The FitBudd Affiliate Program allows you to promote FitBudd’s products and services to potential customers using your unique affiliate tracking link. In exchange, you will earn commissions on Qualified Referrals (defined below) in accordance with the Program’s commission structure.
3. Commission Structure
For each Qualified Referral:
20% recurring commission on the customer’s subscription payments for the first 12 months of their active subscription.
4. Qualified Referrals
You will earn commissions only when:
The referred customer is a new paying customer to FitBudd.
The customer signs up using your unique affiliate link and completes their purchase within the 90-day cookie period from the first click.
FitBudd determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral meets all requirements.
Tracking & Attribution: The FitBudd Affiliate Program uses Tapfiliate to track affiliate clicks, leads, and sales. All referrals must be made using your unique affiliate link generated within Tapfiliate. Commissions are calculated solely based on the data recorded in Tapfiliate’s system. FitBudd is not responsible for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical issues outside our control.
5. Ineligible Referrals
You will not earn commissions for:
Self-referrals (you or your company signing up through your own affiliate link).
Existing customers or leads already in FitBudd’s sales process.
Referrals without the use of your unique affiliate link.
Fraudulent, incomplete, cancelled, or refunded transactions.
Customers who sign up using unapproved coupons or promotions.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month.
Payments will be made only via PayPal
Minimum payout threshold: $25. If your balance is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next month.
All payments are made in USD only.
FitBudd reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions for any refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions.
7. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions
As a FitBudd Affiliate, you agree to:
Only use approved marketing materials provided by FitBudd or pre-approved by our affiliate team.
Avoid spam (including unsolicited emails), illegal advertising methods, and excessive telemarketing.
Not bid on FitBudd brand keywords or variations in search engines (e.g., “FitBudd software,” “FitBudd app”).
Not promote FitBudd on unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate websites.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with FitBudd in accordance with FTC guidelines and any applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
8. Brand Usage
You may use FitBudd’s logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely to promote FitBudd in connection with the Program.
You must follow FitBudd’s brand guidelines and may not modify logos or brand assets without written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
FitBudd may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or generate low-quality, fraudulent, or inappropriate leads.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting FitBudd and remove all affiliate links, logos, and marketing materials within 7 days.
Commissions for qualified referrals made before termination will be paid in the next payout cycle, unless terminated for breach.
10. Liability
FitBudd’s liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Miscellaneous
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
FitBudd may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
